TC joined PMC Global in 1983 as a staff accountant and moved through the ranks to become the company’s Chief Financial Officer in 1991.  As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, TC oversees the worldwide financial, operational and strategic management of the PMC Global in areas such as accounting, credit, audit, treasury, tax, corporate finance, human resources, legal, and risk management.  With over 35 years of financial, operational and leadership experience, TC plays a vital role within PMC Capital’s efforts in deal negotiations, financing and execution.

TC’s ambition is to maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, maintain solid profitability and cash flow and, ultimately, maximize shareholder value for each constituent company within PMC. TC believes in building strong working relationships and earning credibility and trust from anyone he deals with.

Prior to PMC Global, TC served as an auditor for Peat Marwick in the U.K., primarily within the manufacturing space. TC holds a B.A. (with Honors) in Economics and Accounting from Leicester Polytechnic-University, U.K. and a M.S. in Management from the University of La Verne.
